B-Green Recycling

We are more than a recycling company. Yes, we are more than a manufacturer and supplier of  food packaging.  Of course we use 100% Sugarcane-bagasse, a renewable and sustainable resource, as the raw fiber material to manufacture our products. We are above and beyond  innovation and technology focus, B-Green is a fully integrated manufacturer that incorporates the needs of the community. All our diverse team members are community based. 

Our Business

As you can see in the photos below, the process of creating the B-Green Bottle is very simple!


If you find the number '1' embossed onto your water or soda bottle, you will know that your bottle is made from PET. Now your role in creating the B-Green Bottle is to place your used PET bottles into the recycling bin and we will do the rest!


Thousands of bottles are brought to our recycling facility in large bales, where they are sorted into colors. From here we grind the bottles down into flakes and wash them thoroughly. Now the fun part begins! We take the clean flake, and using heat begin the extrusion process to create long rolls of 100% post consumer recycled PET.  We then place the rolls of 100% recycled PET into our thermoform machines which fabricate our Bottles. 

Our future customers are your schools, hospitals, favorite restaurants, markets and produce growers, soon you might just find a Bottle Box at your school lunch room, in your local deli or at your favorite restaurant. 

Just take a look at the bottom of each container you are given and check for the B-Green Bottle mark.

If you discover that you are holding a B-Green Bottle in your hand congratulations! You will know that someone was very responsible in doing their job to help us, keep PET bottles out of landfills.



Who We Are

With the creation of BG in 2009, Bruce has fulfilled a lifelong entrepreneurial dream of designing a new brand and creating a range of food packages from scratch that make environmental sense without compromise.  As Vice President Sales and Marketing for Foster Specialty, Inc, Murphy will work alongside John Smith, President Direct Snack, Inc.  Together they can effectively market and sell the innovative, unique and eco-friendly product line.  Bruce and Smith have nearly two decades of working in the same circles.  They decided to finally work together and bring their expertise under one roof in 2009 with the formation of B-Green Recycling.
