At B-Green, we want to change the way business is conducted by making sustainability a part of every decision we make. Each month, employees from all areas of our company will gather to discuss how we can make B-Green more environmentally friendly, socially responsible and an ever-more rewarding place to work.

To us, sustainability means more than just being "green." We believe sustainability starts with integrity in everything we do, treating each individual inside and outside our company with dignity and respect, offering health insurance to all our full-time employees and providing a living wage.

One  of the most practical, efficient ways of diverting waste from landfills is to turn your food waste into compostable material. Our community garden will be committed to  creating a sustainable garden. This garden will serve as an inspiration and an example of how to be more socially and environmentally responsible. We are hoping that our back to the earth garden can spark a grass roots environmental community movement. Composting is a great way to incorporate  "green consciousness"  and economic movement.  B-Green mantra is simply create employment opportunities that are as sustainable as our garden.

Giving back is important to us and we want to share this passion with our community. That's why we intend to create the Better to Give B-Green Program in 2012, which will allow us to select worthy non-profit organization to receive our expertise and products at no cost.

B-Green is proud to be a founding member of B-Green Solutions, an organization created to help community understand the social and environmental impact of their everyday decisions. Our B-Green  is committedand recognizes the importance of environmental initiatives, and most importantly employing such responsible practices; the earth's future generations.

One of our most important goals is further educate young people about the how they can make a difference. We will provide literature to city classrooms, conduct educational tours of our facility and invite young people, anxious to learn how they can become environmentally responsible citizens of Earth. By pursuing these meaningful activities that are designed to inform our future generations about the importance of recycling. Simply recycling will create economic opportunity for a community in need. Furthermore B-Green foundation will deal with issues ranging from providing a living wage, to lessening their impact on the environment, to giving back to the community.
